On 03^rd of December 2007 Muuga CT handled millionth TEU. This happened while discharging container vessel Dirhami at 15:39.

The previous milestone of handling of 500 000^th TEU happened on 16^th of July 2004. Thus, for the first 500 000 TEU 140 months of handling were done, but for the next 500 000 TEU only 41 months were spent.

Muuga CT is planning to handle another 500 000 TEU already in the beginning of 2010.
