In December 2004 the development project of the Muuga CT until 2015 was approved. Building of additional storage area for containers and purchasing new equipment, such as, STS cranes, RTG cranes, Straddle Carriers, Reach-Stackers, port trucks and other equipment is envisaged in this development plan.

The terminal should reach its project capacity of 500 000 TEU of containers in 2015, according to the company’s plan.
